The Keepers of the Law – Part 27

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Job 33:4 The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

Gen 7:22  All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.

John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

This is the answer of those who cannot see. The answer of the blind and lost. They are always focused on the flesh.

John 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, (only 2 kinds of BORN given, only 2 available) he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

v6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh (1=born of the flesh=born of water=the 1st birth/creation of the flesh); and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit (2=born of the spirit=born of the spirit=2nd birth/creation of the new spirit).

v7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.(a 2nd time, the first time everyone is born is logical and understandable for a 5 year old. But not for someone that wants to belueve this is talking about water baptism.)

The 2nd birth is ALL spiritual. The flesh profiteth nothing.
