The Keepers of the Law – Part 24

People say this doesn’t mean what it clearly says. Well, Paul sure thought it meant exactly what it says…

Philippians 1:23 For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: 24 Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.

I am here stop 23

Is lying in the ground, sleeping, far better? I don’t think so!! Might as well win people to Christ, right?

1John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be (but YE ARE NOT IN THE FLESH BUT IN THE SPIRIT): but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

We ARE the Sons of God right NOW. BUT, it doesn’t YET APPEAR what we shall be.

2Peter 1:13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; 14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me.

Epheians 1:10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

Epheians 1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised[past tense, this is done] us up together, and made us sit[I would say that u gotta have a body to sit] together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Spiritual body RAISED!

Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened [past tense] us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

Colossians 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

Colossians 2:12  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body (the body of Christ and YOUR body!). 24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
