So, can you actually “RECEIVE” Grace and then be FALLEN FROM GRACE??

2Corinthians 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
How can someone “RECEIVE” GRACE – IN VAIN!!!!????
Well, I would say that somebody GAVE them GRACE, they heard it (“received” it), but they still trusted in THE LAW (WORKS), which makes the receiving of grace (by faith alone) IN VAIN!!!!!
So, again, can you really “RECEIVE” Grace and then be FALLEN FROM GRACE??
Let’s see what Jesus says about it…
Matthew 13:19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
v20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
v21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
v22 He also that received seed [the word] among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
v23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
How do we connect the dots?
1st “understand..” 266 times
Job 17:4 For thou hast hid their heart from understanding: therefore shalt thou not exalt them.
What kind of understanding has HE hidden from them??
Job 17:5 He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.
Do you think this has happened in EVERY case in history?
Proverbs 30:17 The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.
Do you think this has happened in EVERY case in history?
Proverbs 20:20 Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.
Do you think this has happened in EVERY case in history?
Exodus 21:14 But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die. 15 And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death. 16 And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death. 17 And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.
Do you think this has happened in EVERY case in history?

Ecclesiastes 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
Mathew 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. 45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; 49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Do you think these things will happen in EVERY case in history?
Well, that depends on whether or not you believe God at His Word.
He says it is coming.
Do you UNDERSTAND? The WORLD does not.

Genesis 11:7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.
God made sure they did NOT understand. This is something that God did!!! God GAVE it to them.
I believe UNDERSTANDING is the KEY to being a REAL CHRISTIAN.
Why do I say that?
Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Isaiah 6:10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
Isaiah 56:11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
If you don’t or can’t UNDERSTAND you cannot get saved.
Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
